Role Overview
We are seeking a Design Software Support Agent to join our Design Center of Excellence (DCoE). This role supports the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) design software across the enterprise. The position contributes to advancing our design technology and ensuring efficient, standardized operations throughout the organization.
You will play a key role in ensuring that software systems—such as Autodesk and Bentley platforms—run smoothly across teams, assisting in troubleshooting, user support, and workflow optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the setup, configuration, maintenance, and smooth operation of AEC design software.
- Assist with installing and upgrading Autodesk, Bentley, and other design applications.
- Help migrate existing projects to updated software versions when needed.
- Provide user support by diagnosing and resolving technical design software issues promptly.
- Assist in enforcing design and drafting standards, including layering, dimensioning, text annotations, BIM/CIM, and client compliance requirements.
- Participate in developing and conducting software training sessions to enhance team expertise.
- Contribute to maintaining design documentation and configuration records.
Required Qualifications
- Certification or equivalent hands-on experience with industry-standard design software, or a relevant degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a Design-related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience using Autodesk Civil 3D, Bentley OpenX, or similar engineering and architectural applications.
- Solid understanding of design processes, best practices, and technical documentation workflows.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Computer Science, or Technology.
- Working proficiency in Autodesk Revit, OpenRoads Designer, OpenBridge Modeler, or related Autodesk/Bentley tools.
- Familiarity with ProjectWise and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
Work Environment
This position is primarily office-based, requiring standard computer work in a quiet and comfortable environment. Occasional standing or walking may be required. The workspace is free from noise and environmental hazards.

Compensation & Benefits
Hourly Rate: $24.00 – $34.00 (based on experience, education, and certifications).
This range represents a good-faith estimate and may vary depending on the candidate’s qualifications.
