About the Role

We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to establish and grow a comprehensive family medicine practice at Guthrie Hancock Primary Care. You’ll work closely with a multidisciplinary team that includes advanced practice providers, nurses, and administrative professionals—all committed to delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

This is an outpatient-only position offering a diverse patient population, from newborns to seniors, and the opportunity to collaborate with Guthrie’s extensive network of specialists.

Key Highlights

• Outpatient-only practice, Monday through Friday schedule (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.)
• Manage patients across the full continuum of family medicine—from pediatrics to geriatrics
• Collaborate with a supportive team of experienced clinicians and healthcare staff
• Access Guthrie’s comprehensive referral network and specialized care services
• Eligible for loan forgiveness through the National Health Service Corps (NHSC)

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive annual base salary beginning at $275,000
• $100,000 signing bonus upon joining
• Up to $150,000 in medical school loan repayment
