JOB SUMMARY

 

We are looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) with expertise providing acute dialysis care to patients in area hospitals and other facilities contracted with Puget Sound Kidney Centres (PSKC).

The selected candidate will have prior expertise in a hospital or acute-care setting and be able to thrive in a fast-paced workplace. Prior experience with haemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, extended nighttime dialysis, and continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT) is recommended. Training is given for registered nurses who do not have dialysis experience.

Visa sponsorship is available for persons with prior nursing experience (direct dialysis is recommended).

Education & Experience:

  • Degree from an authorised nursing school.
  • Must hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) licence from the Washington State Board of Nursing or a compact nursing licence.
  • The American Heart Association currently certifies Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Basic Life Support (BLS).
  • A minimum of one year of registered nursing experience in a clinical or acute care setting.
  • Experience with the Microsoft Office software suite is necessary.

Location/Hours

The Everett Providence Hospital’s Pacific and Colby campuses serve as the primary work sites. Shifts last an average of 12 hours, and you must be able to take calls.

Compensation & Benefits

The hourly pay range for this position is $37.07 to $62.06. Wage proposals are determined by various factors, including prior experience in the same or similar role.
