Job Description

 

JOB SUMMARY

 

Duties:

– Design and configure global trade compliance processes within SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) and SAP Order to Cash (OtC) modules.
– Develop and implement comprehensive trade compliance solutions, focusing on import/export compliance, customs management, risk management, and trade documentation.
– Create and execute end-to-end order management solutions, covering order entry, pricing, delivery processing, billing, and payment management.
– Conduct business process analyses to identify opportunities for improvement and automation in GTS and OtC.
– Provide support and troubleshooting for SAP GTS and OtC, including monitoring system performance and resolving technical issues.
– Collaborate with business users to deliver training and support, ensuring effective adoption of SAP GTS and OtC.

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, along with three (3) years of experience in the position or a similar role.
– Three (3) years of experience in:
– Designing and configuring global trade compliance processes in SAP GTS and SAP OtC.
– Implementing and configuring SAP GTS, including Customs Management, Compliance Management, and Risk Management modules.
– Implementing and configuring SAP OtC, focusing on order management, pricing, delivery, billing, and payment processes.
– Integrating SAP GTS and SAP OtC with other SAP modules.
– Adhering to international trade compliance regulations, including import/export controls and customs regulations.
– Managing OtC cycle processes, such as quotation management, sales order processing, and revenue recognition.
– Navigating trade compliance processes like classification, licensing, documentation, and reporting.
– Working with pricing procedures and rebate processing within the OtC module, emphasizing Gross to Net.
– Experience with 3PL and warehouse management integration.
– Up to 10% domestic and international travel may be required.

Work Environment:

– As of September 5, 2023, U.S. office-based employees will follow a hybrid work model of three on-site days per week, with Fridays designated for remote work unless business needs require otherwise. This model does not apply to field-based or certain other positions.

Salary and Benefits:

– Estimated salary range: $111,400.00 – $175,300.00, with final determinations based on factors like location, skills, experience, and education.
