About the Role:

We’re looking for a passionate and dedicated physician to join our team. This is a 1.0 FTE position offering 36 patient-facing hours per week, with a manageable workload of 18 patients per day. As part of our collaborative environment, you will provide care under APP supervision, participate in an equitable call rotation, and use Elation as your Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.

Additional clinical duties and expectations will be discussed during the interview process.

Qualifications:

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine

Successful completion of a Family Medicine residency

Board Certification or Eligibility in the corresponding specialty

Ability to meet employer credentialing standards
