Job Details:

– **Work Hours/Shift**: Full-time / Variable Shifts

Responsibilities:

– Provide care aligned with hospital standards and patient care goals.
– Deliver patient-centered care following the SHARE principles to ensure high satisfaction.
– Create a compassionate environment by offering physical, emotional, and spiritual support to patients and their families.
– Foster collaboration by communicating effectively with healthcare teams and participating in problem-solving.

Qualifications:

– Minimum of **2 years of recent experience** in a tertiary hospital (100+ beds).
– U.S. Nursing License or ability to pass NCLEX-RN exam.
– English language proficiency:
– IELTS: 7 in Speaking, 6.5 overall (or)
– TOEFL iBT: 26 in Speaking, 89 overall (or)
– OET (or)
– CGFNS Visa Screen Certificate for visa sponsorship eligibility.
– BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certifications (preferred, as per unit requirements).
– Effective verbal and written communication skills.
– Basic computer proficiency.

General Summary:

The Registered Nurse provides comprehensive care by working closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams. This includes executing nursing processes, completing care plans, offering emotional and spiritual support, and supervising team members. Under the supervision of the Nurse Manager and charge nurses, the RN’s duties may vary by unit.
