Job Details

– **Position Type**: Full-time / Variable Shifts

Role Responsibilities

– Deliver patient-centered nursing care in alignment with hospital standards and nursing goals.
– Utilize SHARE principles to provide exceptional care and ensure high levels of patient satisfaction.
– Create a compassionate environment by offering emotional, physical, and spiritual support to patients and their families.
– Foster teamwork and collaboration within the healthcare team, including effective communication and problem-solving.

Qualifications

– **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a tertiary hospital setting (100+ beds).
– **Licensing**: Must have a U.S. Nursing License or pass the NCLEX-RN exam.
– **Language Proficiency**:
– IELTS Academic Score: 7 in Speaking / 6.5 Overall, OR
– TOEFL iBT Academic Score: 26 in Speaking / 89 Overall, OR
– OET, OR
– CGFNS Visa Screen Certificate (for visa sponsorship eligibility).
– **Certifications**: BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) as required by the unit (American Heart Association preferred).
– **Skills**: Effective verbal and written communication, basic computer skills.

General Summary

The Registered Nurse will collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to promote and restore patients’ health. The role includes providing physical, emotional, and spiritual support to patients and their families while supervising assigned team members. Responsibilities will vary depending on the assigned department or unit. The RN will report to the Nurse Manager and charge nurses.
