Teacher Visa Sponsorship USA
Job Description
Studio Montessori, a private bilingual preschool, is excited to welcome a dedicated AMI-trained 0–3 guide to help launch and lead our brand-new Nido program, serving children from 3 months to 3 years old. This is a unique opportunity for an educator who is passionate about Montessori principles and eager to shape a thoughtfully prepared environment from the very beginning.
We are a smakl community focused school in San Francisco, operating as a single-classroom model with a maximum of 12 children and a team of 2–3 caring assistants. Our intimate setting allows guides to truly know each child, work closely with families, and cultivate meaningful relationships that honor each stage of early development. Candidates should hold a university degree and bring 1–2 years of experience working with infants and toddlers, ideally in a Montessori setting. Just as importantly, we’re seeking someone who is warm, observant, and committed to fostering independence, respect, and curiosity in our youngest learners.
The position is expected to begin in May 2026, though an earlier start date can be arranged for the right candidate. We understand that relocating can be a significant step, so relocation assistance and J-1 visa sponsorship are available. We strive to support our staff both professionally and personally, which is why we offer competitive salary and benefits, opportunities for continued growth, and access to AMI refresher courses and observations within other Montessori environments.
At Studio Montessori, you will join a collaborative, supportive team that values authentic Montessori practice, open communication, and a strong partnership with families. If you’re passionate about creating a nurturing and beautifully prepared Nido environment, we would love to hear from you and explore how you can be part of our growing community in San Francisco.
