- Work model: Full-time or part-time, permanent; some home office possible

Who we are
We are a large internal medicine and rheumatology group practice in Hanover with many years of experience. Our team covers rheumatology, general medicine, allergology, pain therapy, pulmonology, and rehabilitation medicine at two sites. We run our own lab and offer a broad range of diagnostics, including:
- Ultrasound (sonography)
- Exercise testing (ergometry, spiroergometry)
- 24-hour blood pressure and long-term ECG
- Allergy testing
- Lung function tests (body plethysmography, DLCO)
What you will do
- Support the screening, enrollment, and follow-up of patients in clinical studies following GCP (Good Clinical Practice)
- Enter and update data in study systems, handle queries, and report adverse events
- Plan on-site study visits, look after study participants, and administer study medication when required
- Assist with study start-up and monitoring visits; help prepare for audits and inspections
- Communicate with sponsors and CRO partners
- Pitch in with day-to-day practice tasks
What you bring
- Training in a health profession (e.g., MFA, health and nursing) or a medical/health-related degree
- Curiosity for clinical research and rheumatology
- Reliable, organized, and careful way of working; proactive and team-oriented
- Friendly manner and strong communication skills
- Confident with common office software; Turbomed experience is a plus
- English skills are an advantage
- Preferred: experience in clinical trials and a valid GCP certificate
