What We Offer

Joining our pharmacy is about more than dispensing medicine. You will:

• Provide direct care and wellness services to patients.
• Partner with patients to manage chronic and acute conditions.
• Support treatment optimization and medication safety.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise pharmacy technicians, clerks, and pharmacy interns.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, legal regulations, and company procedures.
• Help strengthen pharmacy operations, including performance goals and profitability initiatives.

Qualifications

• A Pharmacy degree (B.S. Pharmacy or Pharm.D) or FPGEC certification through NABP.
• Active, unrestricted pharmacist license in the applicable state(s).
• Immunization certification preferred.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Thrives in patient‑focused, community environments.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly rate of $73.00 or higher based on experience, qualifications, and local agreements (never below minimum wage).
