Key Responsibilities

• Manage all day-to-day pharmacy operations while ensuring compliance with federal and state pharmacy regulations.
• Provide direct patient care, including wellness consultations, immunizations, and medication therapy management.
• Support and mentor pharmacy staff to enhance professional growth and maintain excellent service standards.
• Partner with division leadership to achieve financial goals and improve operational efficiency.
• Uphold company safety, performance, and compliance standards while ensuring high-quality customer service.

Required Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) or a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (or equivalent FPGEC certification through the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy).
• Active, unrestricted pharmacy license in the state of practice.
• Previous supervisory experience in a pharmacy or retail healthcare environment preferred.
• Immunization certification preferred.
• Flexibility to work various schedules, including weekends or evenings as needed.

• Competitive hourly rate starting at $75.90, or higher depending on experience and location.
