JOB SUMMARY

 

37.5 hours per week.

An excellent job opportunity has arisen for an Adult Nurse to work in an extraordinary nursing facility located in Nottingham.

You will be working for one of the UK’s premier healthcare providers. This fantastic nursing home provides residential care, nursing care, and speciality dementia care in a pleasant, welcoming setting. The highly skilled and dedicated professional team gets to know each resident and their family individually, providing individualised care and assistance.
To be considered for this role, you must be a qualified nurse with a current NMC Pin.

As a nurse, your major responsibilities include:

• Ensure quality care by continuously assessing our residents’ needs and wishes.

• Create, review, and update care plans to address our clients’ changing physical, social, and psychological requirements.

• Communicate professionally and warmly with visitors, including family, friends, and external stakeholders.

• Follow all legal, regulatory, and best practice criteria.

• Ensure that medications are properly received, stored, and administered to our residents.

• Ensure the team’s skill and knowledge levels can match the evolving needs of the business.
The following skills and experience would be preferable and advantageous for the role:

• Good nursing experience.

• Excellent clinical skills.

•Ability to write care plans.

• Capable of showing empathy and kindness.

• Able to perform general nursing duties such as Peg feeding, wound care, and phlebotomy.

• Consistently demonstrates a positive attitude
