Your Role
As Social Media & Community Manager, you’ll be the voice of Resolve AI across digital platforms. You’ll craft bold, authentic content and spark meaningful conversations that make our brand impossible to ignore in the software engineering and AI community.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead our social presence: Manage the content calendar across LinkedIn, X, and explore growth on Reddit, Substack, and new channels.
- Spot and act on trends: Inject a distinctive Resolve AI perspective into industry conversations, fast.
- Collaborate across teams: Partner with Product, Recruiting, Sales, and Marketing to create stories from customer wins, product launches, culture, and thought leadership.
- Engage communities: Proactively join discussions, respond to conversations, and position Resolve AI as a thought leader.
- Create lightweight but impactful content: Write posts, design carousels, and produce short-form videos and reels that balance speed with creativity.
- Leverage AI tools: Use AI-driven workflows for ideation, content generation, and experimentation at scale.

- Proven success in growing engagement for a B2B SaaS or technology brand.
- Deep familiarity with AI, developer culture, and tech trends—you know what’s buzzing now.
- Creative urgency: ability to transform ideas into content in hours, not days.
- Strong community instincts: you don’t just post—you spark dialogue and debates.
- AI-first mindset: comfort with AI-powered content creation tools for scripts, visuals, and ideation.
- Collaborative energy: ease in working with leadership, engineers, and marketing partners.
