The Opportunity

We’re seeking a talented Senior Product Designer to embed within our Workflows squad, based full-time in our dynamic New York City office (five days a week in-person). In this pivotal position, you’ll spearhead the user interface and interaction design for our Campaign Builder and Creative Agent tools. These are the heart of our platform, empowering sales and marketing professionals to ideate, refine, and deploy tailored outreach efforts across vast account portfolios.

Your contributions will directly fuel Mutiny’s mission to make advanced personalization accessible and reliable, bridging the gap between innovative concepts and seamless execution. Expect to collaborate intimately with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers, iterating from initial AI-assisted brainstorming through to polished, brand-aligned deliverables.

Your Impactful Contributions

In this role, you’ll:

• Drive the evolution of Asset Builder and Creative Agent interfaces, harmonizing automated AI suggestions with hands-on creative control for users.
• Distill intricate demands from account-based marketing, lead generation, and cross-team sales efforts into fluid, intuitive interfaces that boost confidence and productivity.
• Craft adaptable designs that perform across scenarios—from bespoke account tweaks to broad-scale initiatives—prioritizing reliability and user trust.
• Team up with product, engineering, and design peers to ideate prototypes, gather insights, and roll out enhancements with agility.
• Develop cohesive design frameworks that integrate conversational AI interfaces, drag-and-drop editing, and streamlined review processes.
• Champion user-centric decisions, rigorously testing updates against holistic user journeys to ensure cohesive, delightful outcomes.
