Role Overview: Drive Cutting-Edge Analytics for Commercial Growth
As a Senior Decision Science Leader, you’ll spearhead the creation of advanced predictive frameworks tailored to expense management strategies. Leveraging sophisticated algorithms and a nuanced grasp of market dynamics, you’ll refine customer targeting approaches—crafting precise eligibility and behavioral segments for both retention and acquisition efforts. This includes enriching commercial datasets and deploying state-of-the-art models to enhance acquisition precision and overall program efficacy.

What We’re Looking For
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a data-intensive discipline (such as Statistics, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or Economics) or a related business area, paired with at least 3 years in decision sciences, analytics, or equivalent roles within finance or allied sectors.
- Proven expertise in deploying advanced statistical methods to tackle complex organizational challenges.
- Skill in interpreting datasets, distilling actionable narratives, dissecting operational issues, and facilitating creative problem-solving sessions.
- Proficiency in data exploration tools and open-source ML frameworks.
- Robust coding abilities in PySpark, Python, and SQL.
Ideal Credentials
- Master’s degree in a quantitative or business-oriented field, complemented by 3+ years in decision sciences or analytics within finance or comparable industries.
Compensation and Total Rewards
- Annual Base Salary Range: $123,000.00 – $215,250.00, plus performance-based incentives and comprehensive perks.
