About the Role

The Ritz-Carlton Reserve at Dorado Beach is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, elevate guest experiences, and drive financial success within our Food & Beverage division. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional who thrives in luxury environments and enjoys creating memorable dining experiences.

In this role, you will collaborate with culinary leaders, manage restaurant operations, uphold the highest service and sanitation standards, and engage with guests and employees to ensure excellence in every detail.

Key Responsibilities

Driving Business and Revenue Growth

  • Analyze restaurant demand and identify business opportunities.
  • Build partnerships within the local community and monitor competitor activity.
  • Apply revenue management strategies to maximize profitability.
  • Oversee purchasing, vendor contracts, and inventory control.

Marketing and Guest Engagement

  • Lead marketing initiatives in collaboration with hotel leadership and brand teams.
  • Manage restaurant-related media, social platforms, and public relations.
  • Serve as the point of contact for events and networking opportunities.
  • Promote the restaurant through creative campaigns and guest engagement activities.

Operational Leadership

  • Supervise and support restaurant staff during daily operations.
  • Maintain exceptional food, beverage, and sanitation standards.
  • Ensure compliance with all local regulations, including liquor control laws.
  • Provide hands-on assistance during peak service periods.
  • Oversee financial administration, including purchasing and invoice payments.

Guest Experience Excellence

  • Deliver service that exceeds guest expectations.
  • Engage with guests to gather feedback and resolve issues promptly.
  • Empower employees to create memorable dining experiences.
  • Monitor service quality from arrival to departure.

Talent Development and Team Management

Candidate Profile

Education & Experience

High school diploma/GED with 4 years of experience in food and beverage, culinary, or a related field.
OR

A 2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel & Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field with 2 years of relevant experience.
