Position Title: Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Puget Sound Kidney Centers (PSKC) – Bremerton, WA
Visa Sponsorship: Available for qualified candidates with dialysis experience

Position Overview:

Puget Sound Kidney Centers (PSKC) is seeking experienced Dialysis Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our dedicated team in delivering exceptional care to patients undergoing dialysis. As a Dialysis RN, you will be responsible for educating patients, supervising Dialysis Technicians, adjusting treatment plans according to standing orders, monitoring patient outcomes, administering medications, and participating in quality improvement initiatives. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary care team, including social workers, dietitians, and nephrologists, to provide comprehensive support to patients throughout their dialysis treatments.

Our outpatient clinics offer a consistent weekly schedule with Sundays off, ensuring a healthy work/life balance. You’ll build lasting relationships with your patients, witnessing the direct impact of your care over time as you provide life-saving treatment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Educate patients on dialysis treatments, home dialysis options, and general kidney health.
• Supervise Dialysis Technicians during patient care.
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on standing orders and patient outcomes.
• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor patient reactions.
• Collaborate with the care team (nephrologists, social workers, dietitians) to provide holistic patient care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and clinic operations.

Education & Experience:

Required:

Degree from an accredited nursing program.

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license from the Washington State Board of Nursing or a Multistate Nurse Compact License.

Current CPR certification (Basic Life Support – BLS) from the American Heart Association.

Preferred:

Previous Hemodialysis or Peritoneal Dialysis experience.

Prior experience in Acute or Ambulatory Nursing.

Work Location & Schedule:

Primary Location: PSKC Clinic, Bremerton, WA

Secondary Locations: Backup coverage may be required based on patient and staffing needs.

Hours: Outpatient clinics operate Monday – Saturday with a variety of shifts available.

No overnight or on-call shifts!

Open to both full-time and part-time candidates.

Compensation & Benefits:

Hourly Pay Range: $34.65 – $57.99 per hour (based on experience).

Sign-On Bonus: Available for experienced nurses.
