Role Overview

As a Registered Nurse at AdventHealth Fish Memorial, you will play a vital part in enhancing patient outcomes through professional, compassionate, and evidence-based care. Working closely with physicians and interdisciplinary team members, you will guide patients through their health journeys—supporting physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing.

Daily responsibilities may include:

• Delivering nursing care consistent with professional standards and organizational values.
• Creating a supportive atmosphere for patients and families through clear communication and empathy.
• Collaborating effectively with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Maintaining high-quality standards and fulfilling unit-specific duties as assigned.

Work Requirements

• Full-time position with variable shifts.

Candidate Qualifications

• At least two (2) years of recent clinical experience in a tertiary care hospital (100+ beds).
• U.S. RN license or successful completion of the NCLEX-RN exam.
• English proficiency via one of the following:
• IELTS Academic: 7 in Speaking / 6.5 Overall
• TOEFL iBT: 26 in Speaking / 89 Overall
• OET, or exemption through CGFNS Visa Screen Certificate
• Current BLS and ACLS certification through the American Heart Association (as applicable per unit).
• Proficiency in communication and basic computer literacy.

Under the supervision of the Nurse Manager and charge nurse, the Registered Nurse contributes to patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
