Your Impact in This Role

Reporting to the Regional Pharmacy Director, you’ll oversee daily operations, ensure top-tier financial outcomes, and serve as the lead pharmacist on site. Key focus areas include:

Delivering hands-on clinical support, such as medication reviews, immunization programs, and collaborative care plans to enhance patient outcomes.

Maintaining excellence in daily workflows, regulatory adherence, and key performance indicators for a safe, efficient pharmacy.

Building and mentoring a high-performing staff through hiring, coaching, and ongoing development.

Collaborating with store leaders on strategies to boost revenue, streamline services, and expand community health outreach.

This position demands flexibility, with schedules that may include evenings, weekends, or holidays to best serve our customers.

Qualifications We Value

  • A Pharm.D., Bachelor’s in Pharmacy, or equivalent certification via the Foreign Pharmacy Graduate Equivalency Committee (FPGEC) from NABP.
  • Current, unrestricted pharmacist licensure in the state of employment, plus any additional licenses in active status.
  • Immunization certification is a plus.
  • At least one year leading teams in a retail or clinical pharmacy environment preferred.
  • Comfort adapting to varied shifts and a fast-paced setting.
