About the role
We are looking for a senior software engineer who enjoys building products from the ground up while creating the technical systems that support scalability and rapid growth. In this role, you will drive both product and platform outcomes by designing, building, and launching new experiences that align with Kikoff’s mission of financial inclusion and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and deliver new products from concept to launch.
• Build end-to-end mobile experiences using Flutter, from early prototypes to production-ready applications.
• Develop reusable systems, design components, and development tools to support faster product iterations.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to define APIs, data models, and testing frameworks for experimentation.
• Implement analytics and A/B testing processes to measure product performance and user impact.
• Enhance Kikoff’s mobile platform, including build systems, CI/CD pipelines, and developer tools.

Requirements

• At least four years of mobile development experience, preferably with Flutter in a production setting.
• Strong understanding of Flutter architecture, state management, and performance optimization.
• Experience with full-stack collaboration including API design, data management, and analytics.
• A passion for fast-paced product development and technical ownership.
• An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, evolving environment.
