JOB SUMMARY

Puget Sound Kidney Centres (PSKC) is booming! Join the team as we launch our newest clinic in Shoreline! This stunning, brand-new outpatient clinic in Richmond Beach boasts an open floor design with plenty of natural light and foliage. It will have a cutting-edge RO system, brand-new B Braun dialysis machines, 22 treatment stations, and an integrated Home Therapies unit.

We are looking for Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our medical team and oversee dialysis delivery and patient care at PSKC. The RN is in charge of patient education, supervising Dialysis Technicians, adjusting treatment plans based on standing orders, monitoring patient outcomes, administering medications, participating in quality improvement projects, and collaborating with other members of the patient’s care team (social worker, dietitian, and nephrologist).

Visa sponsorship is available for persons with prior nursing experience (direct dialysis is recommended).

Education & Experience

• Degree from an authorised nursing school.
• Must hold a current Registered Nurse licence from the Washington State Board of Nursing or a Compact RN licence.
• The American Heart Association currently certifies Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Previous haemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis experience is preferred.
• Prior experience in acute or ambulatory nursing is preferred.

Initial Dialysis RN training will be held in either Everett or Mountlake Terrace. The primary work location will be PSKC’s clinic in Richmond Beach. A secondary work location will be provided for backup coverage based on patient and personnel requirements. Applicants must be available to work any three or four days per week (Monday through Saturday) for a 10 to 13-hour shift. Opening hours begin as early as 4:00 AM, while closing shifts end as late as 11:00 PM.

Compensation & Benefits

The hourly salary range for this employment is $34.65 to $57.99 per hour. Wage offers are made based on a variety of variables, including prior experience in the same or similar field.
