About the Role

Siemens Energy’s Gas Services division is seeking a Finance Project Manager to join our Aeroderivative Gas Turbine (AGT) business. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated finance professional to oversee all commercial aspects of projects, including reporting, controlling, and forecasting.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with project managers to ensure projects are delivered in line with financial standards, contractual obligations, and company goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide commercial and financial support to project managers in accordance with defined guidelines and contractual requirements.
• Manage full-cycle project financials, including monthly revenue recognition, forecasting, planning, and cash flow optimization.
• Oversee compliance with IFRS and US GAAP guidelines, performance guarantees, insurance, and tax obligations.
• Address financial project topics across Accounting, Legal, Tax, Foreign Exchange, and the NCM Model.
• Deliver accurate project forecasts and present portfolio performance (P&L and balance sheet) to management.
• Contribute to continuous process improvements and support digital transformation toward automation and data-driven decision-making.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in finance or business administration, ideally with project management exposure.
• Strong working knowledge of US GAAP/IFRS and percentage of completion (PoC) accounting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and in teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in fast-paced environments.
• Willingness to travel up to 5%.
