- Provide comprehensive care for patients of all ages, focusing on long-term health and preventative medicine.
- Collaborate with a network of specialists and healthcare professionals within a large, integrated system.
Rural Health & Hospitalist Services:

- Provide essential emergency department coverage and inpatient rounding at our 25-bed critical access hospital in Turtle Lake.
- Participate in a predictable call schedule, expected to be one weekend per month.
- Work in a supportive environment with cross-coverage from physicians and APPs in Garrison and the Bismarck/Mandan area.
Leadership and System-Wide Impact:
- Demonstrate your leadership skills with a clear pathway to a Medical Director position.
- Engage in interdisciplinary team meetings, contributing to clinical protocols and quality improvement initiatives that enhance patient care across the entire health system.
- Enjoy a flexible scheduling model designed to support a healthy work-life balance.

- We are committed to your personal and professional success, offering a comprehensive package to support your career and lifestyle.
- Financial Incentives: Receive a competitive salary, a generous starting bonus, education stipend, and full relocation assistance.
- Comprehensive Benefits: Enjoy malpractice coverage, ample paid time off, continuing medical education (CME) funding, and a full suite of health and wellness benefits.
- Loan Repayment Opportunity: This site is eligible for the National Health Service Corps Loan Repayment Program, offering a significant financial advantage. You can explore the details and eligibility requirements at https://nhsc.hrsa.gov/loan-repayment/nhsc-loan-repayment-program.
