Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Mise en place: Chop, portion, and prep high-quality ingredients aligned with daily menus and recipes
• Efficiently cook and assemble premium dishes while maintaining peak freshness and presentation
• Conduct taste tests and temperature checks to uphold food safety and flavor standards
• Operate kitchen tools and appliances with safety protocols in mind
• Maintain spotless workstations, storage areas, and utensils to meet health regulations

Qualifications We’re Seeking

• Strong collaboration skills and a keen eye for detail
• Enthusiastic demeanor and outgoing personality to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Prior kitchen experience preferred (but not mandatory—we train motivated talent)

This role involves lifting up to 25 lbs (11 kg), extended periods of standing or walking, and adhering to a polished, uniform-ready appearance. Pre-employment safety training and certification are required.
