Role Overview

Kodiak Robotics is hiring experienced Class A Commercial Drivers to support our Midland/Odessa operations. This role is central to the deployment, integration, and ongoing improvement of Kodiak’s autonomous truck technology under real-world conditions.

You will work closely with our operations and engineering teams to ensure safe and effective performance of our self-driving systems while maintaining high operational standards.

Key Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record
• Minimum of 3 years of verifiable, recent Class A driving experience
• Doubles and triples endorsements (or willingness to obtain them)
• Ability to pass a background check, road test, and DOT physical
• Compliance with drug and MVR testing requirements
• Basic computer literacy (training provided)
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Commitment to safety and professionalism
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends
• Frequent driving and sitting required
