Responsibilities

  • Design and implement backend systems that power Bevel’s AI-driven health platform
  • Develop reliable and scalable data pipelines for processing and analyzing health information
  • Run experiments to improve the accuracy and performance of AI and machine learning models
  • Maintain secure and efficient systems with best practices in testing, monitoring, and scalability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful user experiences
  • Contribute to improving engineering standards, processes, and team culture

Requirements

  • At least two years of professional experience in backend development
  • Strong programming skills in Python or TypeScript
  • Experience designing and maintaining large-scale backend systems
  • Good understanding of algorithms, data structures, and statistics
  • Clear communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Enthusiasm for health, fitness, and continuous learning
