From shaping marketing initiatives and curating menus alongside the culinary team, to guiding daily service and nurturing staff talent, your leadership will ensure our dining outlets exceed expectations at every turn.

What You’ll Be Doing

Driving Business Growth & Strategic Positioning

• Analyze market trends, guest behaviors, and competitor performance to identify revenue opportunities.
• Collaborate with suppliers to secure favorable pricing and create preferred vendor partnerships.
• Implement revenue management strategies to balance demand and maximize profitability.
• Build community relationships and stay attuned to local dining preferences.

Shaping Brand Presence & Guest Engagement

• Oversee restaurant marketing initiatives in partnership with hotel leadership and brand teams.
• Represent the restaurant at both internal and community events; act as key contact for special occasions.
• Manage social media presence, guest communications, and public relations opportunities.
• Bring the restaurant’s story to life through events, promotions, and online engagement.

Operational Leadership

• Supervise daily restaurant operations, including dining room, bar/lounge, and room service.
• Support front-of-house teams during peak service to ensure flawless delivery.
• Maintain compliance with health, sanitation, and alcohol regulations.
• Monitor ambiance, service flow, and quality standards to guarantee consistency.
• Oversee departmental budgets, purchasing, invoicing, and financial administration.

• Serve as the role model for world-class service, inspiring staff to anticipate and exceed guest needs.
• Engage directly with guests during service to gather feedback and strengthen relationships.

What We’re Looking For

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent with 4 years’ experience in food & beverage, culinary arts, or related professional areas.
  OR
• 2-year degree in Hospitality, Food Service Management, Business Administration, or a related field, plus 2 years’ relevant experience.
