Role Overview
We are currently seeking a Senior Account Manager to join our Miami-based team. This position plays a key role in managing and executing our client’s sponsorship and marketing activations. Reporting directly to the Account Director, the successful candidate will handle day-to-day client relationships, data analysis, financial tracking, and campaign optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily sponsorship and activation programs for clients, ensuring seamless project execution.
- Develop and maintain advanced Excel dashboards to track sponsorship ROI, campaign effectiveness, and budget performance.
- Analyze complex data sets to deliver actionable insights that guide client strategy and marketing optimization.
- Consolidate reports from multiple data sources to support quarterly and annual reviews.
- Oversee financial tracking and ensure transparency in budget reporting and reconciliations.
- Create and update regional sponsorship guidelines and maintain accurate tracking systems for marketing initiatives.
- Support creative and operational delivery, including preparing marketing presentations, securing approvals, and managing distribution to clients.
- Conduct competitive research, monitor industry trends, and provide strategic recommendations.
- Coordinate logistics for premium event ticketing and sponsorship activations.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to align marketing goals and execution.
- Prepare detailed recap reports following each campaign or activation.
- Attend client events as required, providing on-ground support and representation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
- 6–8 years of experience in account management, preferably in sponsorship, events, or digital marketing.
- Proven expertise in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data visualization, and advanced formulas).
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to interpret data for strategic decision-making.
- Exceptional relationship management and communication skills.
- Experience in coordinating events, campaigns, and cross-functional agency teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
- Previous experience working with financial, retail banking, or payment clients is desirable.
