Position: Cook (All Experience Levels Welcome)

We are searching for enthusiastic cooks to join our dynamic culinary team at Four Seasons Hotel & Private Residences Minneapolis. Whether you’re just starting out or building on years of experience, this is your chance to work within one of the most respected luxury hospitality brands worldwide.

A hands-on kitchen stage with our chef team will help determine the most suitable level for you within our culinary structure.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you’ll bring your passion for food to life by:

• Preparing high-quality dishes for breakfast, lunch, or dinner following detailed recipes and presentation standards.
• Organizing and setting up your station, including daily mis en place.
• Managing food production needs without over-prepping.
• Operating and cleaning essential kitchen equipment such as fryers, grills, stoves, mixers, steamers, and more.
• Labeling, dating, storing, rotating, and monitoring food items to uphold safety and freshness.
• Helping reduce waste and supporting food-cost controls.
• Working collaboratively with a team that values professionalism, respect, and positive communication.
• Following Four Seasons’ work rules, standards, and safety procedures.

What You Bring to the Table

• A formal culinary education is helpful but not required.
• At least one year of culinary or related kitchen experience.
• ServSafe (or equivalent) food-safety certification.
• A genuine love for cooking and a drive to continuously improve.

Compensation: $22.52 – $26.93 per hour
