Job Description

Family Medicine Physician – Care New England, Pawtucket, Rhode Island

Care New England (CNE), a well-respected non-profit health system, is inviting a Family Medicine Physician to join our established primary care practice in Pawtucket, Rhode Island. This is an excellent opportunity to provide high-quality care to patients of all ages within a supportive, collaborative environment. You will also have the optional opportunity to teach Brown University medical students, adding a rewarding academic component to your role.

What This Role Offers

  • Work Life Balance & Schedule
  • A consistent Monday Friday schedule
  • 32 hours of direct patient care and 8 hours dedicated to charting
  • Rotational outpatient call only (no inpatient responsibilities)

Built In Clinical Support

You’ll have access to a wide range of on-site and virtual support services, including:

  • Integrated behavioral health specialists (LICSW)
  • Health Helpers focused on closing quality gaps
  • Virtual scribe support
  • RN triage program
  • EPIC EMR used system-wide

Practice Environment

  • Manage an average panel of 18–22 patients per day
  • Work closely with a broad network of specialists across the Care New England system
  • Visa sponsorship is available for eligible candidates
