IT Administrator – Join a Mission That’s Shaping the Future of Space

The Exploration Company is building Nyx, a next-generation modular and reusable orbital vehicle designed to carry cargo—and in the future, even humans. This spacecraft is engineered to be refuelled in orbit, opening the door to more sustainable and accessible space exploration.

To support this ambitious mission, we are looking for a skilled IT Administrator to ensure that our U.S. operations run smoothly, securely, and efficiently. Your work will directly help our teams stay productive as we design, develop, and operate technologies for the next era of space travel.

What You’ll Do

In this dynamic role, your responsibilities will evolve as our company grows. On a day-to-day basis, you will:

• Deliver hands-on support to employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, and general IT issues.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including device setup, user accounts, and essential software configuration.
• Monitor, track, and maintain hardware inventory across all U.S. locations.
• Configure and maintain local networks to keep our teams reliably connected.
• Support the DevOps team in maintaining on-premise infrastructure.
• Partner with the central IT department on Microsoft 365 and Entra ID (Azure AD) administration.

What You Bring

We’re seeking someone who can step confidently into the role with:

• Solid experience in IT administration and direct end-user support.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Entra ID user management.
• Hands-on expertise with Intune and mobile device management.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to balance high-quality work and time-sensitive tasks.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Professional fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Experience with Linux, Windows servers, and command-line tools (a plus, not mandatory).
