Speech-Language Pathologist – PRN
Pacific Gardens Nursing & Rehab – Fresno, California

Pacific Gardens Nursing & Rehab is seeking a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist to join our collaborative therapy team in Fresno. Our center provides a range of post-acute rehabilitation, long-term care, and geriatric outpatient services. This is a wonderful opportunity to contribute your expertise in a setting that values professional growth, teamwork, and high-quality patient care.

As part of our therapy program, you’ll have access to continuing education in areas such as dysphagia management, dementia and memory care, stroke and neurological recovery, and respiratory rehab programs.

Compensation and Scheduling:
– Flexible PRN schedule designed to support work-life balance
– Hourly rate of 70–70–75, based on experience

Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct patient screenings, assessments, and evaluations for individuals with communication, swallowing, and cognitive-related conditions.
– Develop individualized treatment plans consistent with professional and regulatory standards.
– Deliver therapy services to patients, monitoring progress carefully and adapting interventions as needed.
– Provide counseling and education for caregivers, patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members regarding speech-related disorders.
– Complete detailed documentation, including discharge summaries, in accordance with all requirements.

Qualifications:

– Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of California (required).
– Open to both new graduates and experienced clinicians.
